MRN, Ltd is looking for a Maintenance Site Manager in Cleveland, Ohio!

Job Overview:
Our Maintenance Site Manager will be paid $50,000.00 plus bonus and be an exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period.
A Maintenance Site Manager will be asked to perform the following duties:
Maintain, operate, and inspect all building(s) systems and equipment Supervise and coordinate daily operations including general administration Diagnose problems and oversee the project’s completion
Ensure established procedures and safety standards are being followed Assist the Facilities Manager when needed
Manage current inventory lists and order replacements
Coordinate with site personnel to ensure maintenance requests are performed within 24 hours Prepare accurate incoming and outgoing inspection reports for the leased space
Maintain key, parking and locker control Clean and maintain vacant suites and public spaces
Maintain a professional relationship with contractors and vendors Assist with performance appraisals and corrective actions
Train, coach, and effectively communicate to the maintenance staff
Mandatory Requirements
2 years of maintenance experience and/or related training as a Manager Experience with light HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, stand on feet for extended periods of time, work in changing environmental conditions, and climb, crouch, kneel, and maneuver up and down stairs, ladders, and scaffoldings with no difficulty
Preferred Experience/Knowledge
High School diploma or GED
